I'm guessing that you're not using a WYSIWYG Web editor (else you wouldn't
need Notepad for editing). Therefore, you may be using Windows Explorer to
locate the file. Windows will normally open a file with a .htm or .html
filename extension in your default Web browser, which doesn't allow editing.
"Open With" allows you to choose another application (Notepad being one) to
open the file.
To open a page in Notepad from the Web -- rather than your hard drive --
click View > Source. A Notepad window will open with the page code &
content. You can edit & save this file to your local drive if you wish.
However, the changes will not be on the remote site until you publish the
page back again.
