Hi Teresa,
The Digest, to which you are subscribed, is like a magazine with
several articles (posts) and an index at the beginning. The Digest
is compiled by the mailing list software and the subject line
indicates the volume number and issue.
To receive each post as a separate email with the individualized
subject line, you need to subscribe to List instead of Digest
mode. Follow the instructions at the end of the Digest to
unsubscribe, then resubscribe by sending your request to
with the single word SUBSCRIBE in
the message subject and body.
