Additional info on free editors can be found here
http://www.genealogy-web-creations.com/resources.htm along with many
additional resources for learning html. You can save your pages to
your computer but they will contain all of the rw banner code.

A better choice would be to also download and setup one of the free
ftp programs available. Try this for info on Filezilla which is the one I use
