Linda, Should you have a DOCTYPE? And some Meta Tags?

Try renaming your home page as index.htm [or html whichever you us] you are
calling it home.htm at present.

For the past few days I have been unable to connect to the server via my
normal editing programme. I use Adobe Contribute CS3 and have done for years

without too many problems. When I try to access my website for editing, I
get a message that the server is either down or not accepting connections.

Is it me, or is there a problem?
