PSPad is a fully fledged Text Editor offering many useful functions
including an integrated Tidy HTML validator.

Note: --- When using the Tidy Validator combined with a XHTML Doctype, I
have found that <noscript> ... </noscript> will validate in Tidy but not in
the W3C online validator. If you don't use scripts you will not need to
worry, but the solution is <object><noscript> ... </noscript></object>.
