Since the recent upgrade to the Freepages server, I have been unable to
update my website hosted on Freepages.

I have changed from active to passive FTP but I keep on getting the
message "Could not find a web server at 'users.freepages.rootsweb.com'
on port 21.

Would some knowledgeable soul like to tell me what I need to do to be
able to resume making updates?
