Depending upon whether your firewall allows redirects, you may need
to change the host address listed in these instructions to

users.freepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com

When entering your userID and password, be sure you do not have
CapsLock on. That can change your password from Password to pASSWORD.

Also, if copying and pasting, be sure you have not pasted any white space.
