One other thing I was going to suggest but I forgot....

Try searching in Windows Explorer for files that say Cornwall "in" the file
as text (not file name). You need to see which pages actually have a link
to Cornwall. Maybe from those results you might spot how the Cornwall link
keeps showing. Maybe it's something you are overlooking somehow?
