Oh my, this thread has gotten way off target. I sort of felt like I
was jumping off of a diving board when I posted, and it was not until
afterwards that I see how to ask my question in a better way.

I have a page that I want feedback on. My friends all say they like
it except the space between tables and cells is a little big, and
the page numbers in the left cells are too close to the right cells.

I think I can resolve the distance between left and right columns
with Caroline's suggestion. But I would like to know if the
vertical space between the tables and cells is all that horrible?
