Will someone give me the exact dialog to connect my index and my pages? The
link to the index below works, but the Bender Family page link doesn't. All
my pages show up in my directory and can be "viewed" (by me).

This is my index:

(I see the highlighting is 2 different colors and the 2nd one says "doesn't
exist")
