The code for inserting it is <....div class="hr"></div>

As far as I can tell when using it, it makes no changes to any of the
current pages (I imported your stie for testing). Including the div
as part of the style rules made absolutely no difference. It worked
the same with it as without it.

So not sure what is happening with yours.
