When replying to a digest message, quote only the specific message to which you are replying,
removing the rest of the digest from your reply. Remember to change the subject of your reply so
that it coincides with the message subject to which you are replying.

Ralph, I am not sure I am correctly understanding the "problem" as
your visitor described it, but the capcha entry is only valid one
time. If she does not submit her form entry, but instead returns to
the form to edit the submission, she will then have to request and
enter a new capcha word/entry.
