Claire,

ClassicFTP only operates in Passive mode.

Your FTP Server is - users.freepages.rootsweb.com

and the remote directory path for 'genealogy' is - /genealogy_html/

I suspect you already have those settings, and as the FTP client is Windows
and Mac compatible, I suggest that you try connecting to the server using
the Internet Explorer FTP client - as a check.
