I am trying to append a message to a local html file using the following
page:



http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rogerhendrix/append-msg-fi
le.shtml



The target page is:



http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rogerhendrix/append-msg-qu
ery.shtml





It processes thru the Mailmerge gateway to the point that it tries to find
the output file where I get the following message:



/home/httpd/cgi-bin/mailmerge.cgi: Specified log file
'/u1/e/l/s/i/rogerhendrix/computers_html/append-msg-query.shtml' does not
exist. It must already be created and writable.



Do I have the file address wrong?



Are the file attributes wrong?



I have used the Rootsweb File Manager and set the attributes of the file to
be: -rw-rw-rw



Please advise.
