Hello, yes. I was given permission back in 2004. The owner of the property at the time did not live in that part of Georgia. I called her and she told me when she would be up. I came to the area just to meet with her. She was very nice and yes you see gave the family permission to build a fence and do what ever we wanted to do to the cemetery. I think she inherited the property from her father. She said she had always known there was a cemetery there but always thought it was an old slave cemetery. I think she was very interested to learn a little about the true history of the cemetery.
