Divorces were granted in the superior court yesterday, in two cases. The first was that of Birdie H. MARKS vs Henry D. MARKS, on statutory grounds, no children. The second verdict of total divorce was granted to both parties and Mrs. MARKS was allowed the resumption of her maiden name of Birdie HYMES. And the second was that of Lizzie TUCKER vs James C. TUCKER, for habitual intoxication and consequent non-support, four children, a girl of 13 and three boys of 13, 10 and 6. A total divorce was granted to plaintiff and a partial divorce to defendant.
