a Rev Sol 1st NC Bn 4-15-1776 thru 9-8-1778

John EVANS, born 1758 died 1862 buried in Gwinnett Co. in the Evans
Cemetery. His daughter Matilda EVANS was the 3rd wife of Shepherd
ETHERIDGE & they were the parents of my great-grandfather Starling
Stanmore BOWEN's first wife Elizabeth Jane ETHERIDGE

I am interested in any Evans family from North or South Carolina who
went to Georgia early to mid 1800's.
