Dear GABIBB listers,

Question #1: Does anyone know if there is an Index of deaths for Macon or
Bibb County, Georgia available from any source?
Question #2: Does anyone know if there is any published Cemetery books
[listing such burials] of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia? - If so where may
they be found?

I was furnished with a small clue to one of my longest stonewalls this
evening and I am now seeking any information on a J. Q. SMITH . - No full
name(s) nor dates of birth/death/marriage [as of this moment]. - He was
alive and living in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia in January of 1945. - He was
the brother of Robert Lee Smith [b:23 Jun 1894, d: 25 Jan 1945, m: 1 Feb
1914 to Effie Rebecca Boyles [3 Dec 1892-14 Aug 1963] in Waycross, Ware
County, Georgia; both are buried at Kettle Creek Cemetery, Waycross, Ware
County, Georgia]. - Information received states that J. Q. SMITH lived in
Macon, Bibb County, Georgia until his death and is buried somewhere in the
Macon, Bibb County, Georgia area.

Any assistance in obtaining any information on this great uncle of mine
would be greatly appreciated.
