I am looking for anyone that has access to the records of the Baptist churches
of Macon that existed in the 1870's. I am looking for Antionette Jones
Thompson and/or Sterling Thompson of Richmond county. Antionette was a
Baptist and move her letter from Augusta to Macon 1870-1890. She then returned
to Augusta 1890+. Sterling died along the way and I have been unable to
find any trace of him in 20 years of searching. I thought maybe Antionette
had Jones family in Macon and went there to be with them. When she returned
to Augusta she was listed as a widow. Any information from the church records
