1835, May 13--- This Indenture made between Jesse Brown Sr. unto Stephen
Thorne, for and in consideration of the sum of $500 dollars, conveyed all that
tract or lot of land containing 800 acres, excepting 30 feet square for the
graveyard, situate, lying and being in the 47th District, G.M. Bounded on the
North by James Lassinger, on the East by Thomas Denmark and William Brown on
the South, on the West by Isham Elebees and Allen BrownÂ’s heirs.
Recorded 20th July 1835
