I may be able to help you with your search. I not only have many
connections to Camden Co. thru my ancestors ( genealogy), but I am an
Adoption Search Consultant from CA (all my ancestors were from GA and the
south!), and I have a network of adoption-related ties throughout the US..,
and in GA as well.
Perhaps I can give you some ideas, or at least put you in touch with some
GA searchers who may be of more help than I.

Alabama. I cannot be certain that this is the family I am looking for.
MyFather was born in August 13, 1945 in Jacksonville Florida
