At the flea market in Bowden Junction Saturday,
I purchased a plaque for 50 cents.

If anyone knows anything about this family,
I would appreciate it.
It is driving me nuts already not to know anything
about him, and someone gave his plaque away.
I did look on the 1930 Census and didn't find him.
There are Rogers in Carroll, but who's are his???
