Yes, we are cousisn, Cathy, because Robert was Noah's slightly younger brother. However I do not think Curtis was born in 1865. 1868, maybe but I only list two kids for Noah and Harriett -- a Noah E. and a Mary Esther ROBINSON but they got married in 1858 so they could have had some after the war. Robert, Noah and one other brother, out of eight that served the CSA, were the only ones that returned. Five of their brothers were killed in the CW. Robert was a three term sherrif of Charlton County and I do not know anymore about Noah.
I still would look at Curtis ROBINSON, son of Robert, as a possibly parent. The reason I say that is because Joseph is a name in that family and not the others -- to my knowledge.
I would look at the 1880 census and see where it shows your Curtis. As for census records, they are often off as relates to age and the spelling of names, sometimes "way off."
