Hello Bettye

How does the BLITCH surname connect to the Salzburgers? Did they marry into
a Salzburger line?

I have always been under the impression they arrived in Charleston, S.C.
from England about 1743 and from S.C. went to Georgia and settled in the
area of Effingham County, Georgia.
