I never check boxes encouraging junk mail or phone calls, but even if I had,
I TOLD them repeatedly by phone to stop calling me. Seriously, I was getting
WEEKLY phone solicitations to sell me other packages for both genealogy.com and
ancestry.com. And the weird thing about being re-subscribed was that first
they sent me an e-mail telling me my subscription had expired, to which I
replied "Good. Don't ever darken my doorstep, again, etc." but THEN they
re-subscribed me using my credit card without permission.
