I don't know how your Reynolds family fits in, but three children of
Spencer Reynolds, son of Richard Reynolds, married three children of
George Barber-Margaret Watkins.

Spencer Reynolds died in Williamson County, Tennessee in 1826 and his will
is filed there. George Barber died in 1822 in Oglethorpe COunty GA and
his widow Margaret Barber died in 1829 in Henry County GA. Margaret
mentions several of her Reynolds grandchildren in her will. These records
are available in my Barber family book, at the URL below.

I believe Jim Reynolds lives in the Clarke County area. He is descended
from two different Reynolds lines. His father? was Enoch James Reynolds,
a different line from his mother's descent from Reese Barber-Catharine
Reynolds line of Trail Creek, Clarke County.
