Hi,
My family is Prater, my grandmother was Mary Roberta Cross, I was told
her father built some of the homes in Athens. My grandmother meet my
grandfather in Athens, but don't know if they were married or not in
Athens. In your research of Clark/Oconee counties do every research who
built some of the old the homes sense you are writers. I have come to a
dead stop on this family my grandmother father & mother name was Jessie
Barton Cross & Lessie Parker I do know that Lessie had 2 sister (Lesy or
Levy?) and a sister Cora. Cora or Levy may have been married to Asbum
Drake of Colbert Ga. Any help would be great. Thanks Tricia
