I do not know this man's first name. However, he lived in Athens, Georgia, at some point, but some time in the late 1850's, he may have lived (or been posted) to the Galveston, Texas, area. Any information of a Sims family with a male member who held rank in the military during the 1850's and 1860's would be appreciated. Thank you.
