Thank you for posting names from your old photos. I believe that most of the names listed are decendants or cousins of Samuel Pierce Kenney, who was brother of my Ggrandfather, William Alonzo Church Kenney. Their parents were Charles Kenney (1811-1873) and Louisa A. Wier (1813-1869), who appear on the 1850 Jackson County census with children as: Nancy E. (age 15), Samuel P. (13), Sarah N. (10), Wm.A.C. (06), and Louisa A. (04). Samuel and Alonzo both served in CSA; lived on adjoining properties that were originally owned by their father, Charles Kenney, adjacent to Prospect Meth. Ch. cemetery where they are buried.
