Sorry to not reply earlier but I have visiting in Savannah for the past
week. My Summers line is through Tennessee. I can't get it past my
grandfather. His father died shortly after my grandfather's birth and since
he evidently broke no laws, bought no land, had little or no property to
dispose of, I can't link him to his parents or even a certain geographic
area of Tennessee. His name was Dawson Summers and he married my
freatgrandmother in Jukly 1886. If you stumble across him let me know.
