MORTUARY.

Athens, Ga., June 6-
James Venable, aged 63, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Beulah Hood,
here, and was this afternoon carried to Jefferson for burial. He had seven
brothers and four sisters, three daughters, and an aged mother, who survive
him. His relatives all live in Jackson county, except one brother, Rev. W. E.
Venable, of Atlanta.
