Hi folks,

I'm looking for a Billie Lee Todd (female) who was born on Dec. 26,
1918 in Camden County, Georgia. She was in Fulton County, GA by the
1930 Census with her grandmother, Cora A. (nee Moore) (Byrd) (Booth)
Morgan. She had a brother, Charles Edward Todd (February 06, 1921-May
31, 1941) and Paul E. Todd (December 08, 1915-September 17, 1917).
Billie's mother was Mamie Lee and father was William M. Todd.

SSDI has an interesting entry:
Name: Billie L. Phillips
SSN: 254-14-0841
Last Residence: 30260 Morrow, Clayton, Georgia, United States of America
Born: 26 Dec 1918
Died: Feb 1993
State (Year) SSN issued: Georgia (Before 1951 )

As Clayton is so close to Fulton County, I'm hoping that this may be
"my" Billie.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
