Subject: A. Baker died 1876 Intestate

I need some advice on the best way to get copies of legal
documents concerning my ggg grandfather, Absalom/Absalum Baker. I'm told he
died intestate (w/o a will) on August 1, 1876.

In Georgia Intestate Records, by Jeanette Holland Austin, published in 1986,
there is a listing for "Baker, A. decd, W. A. Wilson, administrator, 1876,
Cobb", which I believe to be my Absalom Baker.

Can anyone advise me on the appropriate course to learn if this is in fact my
Absalom Baker, and if so, how to obtain copies of the legal documents?
