Edward O'Neal appears in the 1805 tax digest of Columbia Co., GA in Capt N.
Meriwether's District. He paid $4.90 2/7 taxes for 12 slaves, 307and 1/2
acres of 2nd quality land and 105 acres of 3rd quality land apparently on
one of the Kiokee Creeks adjacent to the land of J. Simms and another land
owner whose name is illegible to me.
