Mr. Levy Dead

Mr. Mendall Levy, one of the Confederate veterans in the Atlanta soldiers home
answered to the roll call of his Maker Thursday of last week and his spirit
quietly passed away. He was well known in Buena Vista where he often visited
selling spectacles. He was 73 years old and a native of Poland, Russia. He
was the first to die at the home.
