My sister and I are still looking for anyone connected to our Gaddis Group 8, William Gaddis, born in 1884, we think in Texas as this is where his parents, Allen C. Gaddis and Sally Rogers (although she had married a George Whalin before she married Allen C. Gaddis) were married and where his brother, Benjamin Allen Gaddis, was born in 1881. Allen C. Gaddis and Sally Rogers were married in 1801, we have their original marriage certificate.

The Gaddis family, William and his brother Benjamin "Ben", lived in the Tishomingo area. Benjamin married Cordia Raper and remained in Tish, left for Ada for a few years and then returned to Tish where he remarried Cordia, both he and Cordia are buried in the town cemetery, no grave markers for either of them. William Gaddis and my grandmother, Bettie Lee Barnes Sheppard, moved to Texas in 1928. They are both buried in the Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas, USA.

It's great to see the growth of the Gaddis site, so much has been added since my last visit, great going group!
