Date of Death: January 04, 2005


Louise Alligood, 87 of Albany died January 4, 2004 at Magnolia Manor. The
funeral service will be held 2 PM Friday, January 7, 2005 at Kimbrell-Stern
Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Craig
Barnette and Mr. Joseph Lewis will officiate.

A native of Worth county, Mrs. Alligood was a long time resident of Albany. She
was a member of Palmyra United Methodist Church for more than 40 years. She was
a homemaker that loved to garden and she as a loving mother and grandmother
cared for her family dearly.

She was preceded in death by her, late husband Braxton Alligood. Survivors
include her daughter; Lisa Lewis and her husband Vince of Albany, a grandson;
Joseph Lewis (Elizabeth) of Thomasville GA, a granddaughter Erin Lewis Nestale
(John) of Belleville Michigan, 3 sisters-in-law; Louis Pierce of Albany, Myla
Lee Alligood of Atlanta, and Jean Brooks of Birmingham AL, several nieces and
nephews.
