I remember a Judge James Bonner in Blakely. My mother referred to him
as Colonel Bonner as he was a respected lawyer in Blakely. He lived in a
brick home about five blocks from the court house square. I delivered papers
to his home for years. I also remember taking a path between his home and
a neighbor's in order to get to school. Each year he had a garden in the
back of his home a raised the best strawberries. Guess you know by that that
we school kids sampled his strawberries once in a while. Wish I could be of
more
help, but I don't remember his wife's name.
