Hi lbuffkin,
I have alot of Bell's in my database originating from I believe NC on to
Elbert, GA, but I don't seem to have a William. I descend from Joseph
Bell to his daughter Rebecah (Rebecca) Bell who married John Gunter in
Elbert in 1812.
