At this Term William A. Tait obtained Letters of Guardianship for Charlity Ann
Tait and gve in conjunction with himself as security William Hudson Tait
Attest Wm. Maltbie C.C.O.

Additional Comments:
I'm searching for the "relationship" between William A. Tait and William
Hudson Tait. Charity Ann Tait is the dtr of William Hudson, and he turned over
guardianship to William A. as William Hudson was leaving for Alabama. In
Elbert County, Georgia Charity Ann Tait recieved her legacy in full. She
Recieved in the amount of $500.00 from the estate of her grandmother Charity
Alston.
