Ellen, thanks for the good wishes! Our family lore [unproved] disagrees with
the census of 1860, Clinch Co., GA, which gives Susan's age as fifty. Our
older family members believed she was born before 1805. Since most of the
older folks have passed on, and at the time I did not think to ask, I don't
know on what information/belief this was founded.
