Transfer-Assignment Of Georgia Confederate Pension
State of Georgia
County of Fayette
Date: April 14th, 1932

I hereby acknowledge that I have received from Wm. Malone, Dora and Louise Malone,
hereinafter referred to as transferee-asignee, One Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
($175.00),
in the following manner: (State all considerations) care and attention for past
several
years in consideration for which, I hereby transfer and assign to said
transferee-assignee
all my right and interest in the pension balances of One Hundred Seventy-five
Dollars ($175.00), due, appropriated and unpaid to me for the years 1930 and 1931,
allowed me by the State of Georgia; and I hereby nominate, appoint and authorize
said transferee-asignee to collect and receipt for the same, in my name, on the pay
rolls
of said County, when it is paid by the State.
Mrs. O. M. Malone [L.S.] Pensioner
Signed, sealed and delivered, in triplicate, with my approval, the day and year
aforesaid, it appearing, from the statement of the pensioner, that this transfer is

executed for the relief of urgent obligations.
