Banks County Deed Book F, pg. 334

State of Ga } This Indenture made this 7th day of February
Banks County } 1889 between Y A Carland of the state and county
aforesaid of the first part and A. W McConnell County of Franklin State
aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said Y A Carlan for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred and Seventy five Dollars ($175.00) the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby sell and convey unto the
said A. W McConnell his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land
Situate in the county of Banks on the waters of Littles Creek adjoining Land
with Mrs. A. C. Patterson John S Means and others containing thirty acres more
or Less with all the rights and priviledges thereunto belonging in fee simple
and unto said Y A Carlan his heirs and assigns Executors and Admin the title to
the premises aforesaid will forever warrant and defend to the same A. W.
McConnell his heirs and assigns against the claims of all other persons And
in witness whereof the said Y A Carlan has hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal the day and year above written
