Unfortunately I have not transcribed Fulton County Census records, they are
huge, and I do mean huge, plus because of their size they are very
expensive. I will at some time attempt to do so, but for the next several
months I am working on cemetery records for Fulton site.

I will also use this one email to help clear up a question that came up
although it may have only come to me, WE DO NOT get the census FREE to
coordinators to transcribe from any entity that I am aware of. I think
people may be referring to SK Publications donation of a census donated to
the USGENWEB Project -- here is how /when SK Publications donates one -
here is how that works --
As you can see 0 have been requested, and at .50/page these could get
pricey.

S-K Publications does not plan to produce any new census in book form.
However, we will scan any census year for any county onto CD. Turn-around
time, once an order is confirmed: 2-3 months.

SPECIAL FEATURE: As each county/year census is completed, a copy of the
scanned images will be donated in your name to the USGenWeb Archives for
free, permanent on-line display.

Census Year Estimated pages WAIT LIST: # needed
WAIT LIST: # to date
1920 4660 233 0
1910 3560 178 1
1900 2360 118 0
1880 1000 50 0
1870 840 42 0
1860 300 15 0

We offer two pricing schemes:

A) Individual Scanning Order (any census year): 50 cents per page. See
chart above for number of pages (Note: if county has less than 40 pages,
minimum order price is $20). (For censuses earlier than 1850, e-mail us for
an estimate.)

We will charge a 50% deposit now and the balance when the CD is completed
(2-3 months). (If the pages should be more than the estimated # of pages,
we will only charge for the estimated #. If the pages should be less, we
will only charge for the actual number of pages.) Click RED BUTTON to place
order.

B) Wait List: 1850 through 1920 Census only. See chart above.

S-K Publications will scan census images onto CD when the figure in the "#
to date" Column matches the figure in the "# needed" Column.

Price per person: $20 per county per census year.

Here's how it works:

1) If you would like to order one of these counties on CD for the price of
$20 per year, fill out our WAIT-LIST FORM.

2) When we receive your form, we will update the "# to date" column.

3) As soon as the figure in the "# to date" reaches the "# needed," we will
notify you that the county/census year can be scheduled for scanning onto CD
(in approximately 2 months from then).

4) When the CD is completed, a copy of the census images will also be
donated for free, permanent placement on-line in the USGenWeb Archives with
your name listed as one of the donors.

Also looking for Fulton and DeKalb County censuses...tried
suggestions given here yesterday and got "not available" message
there and also on Census Project sites. Is the Georgia census only
at the Archives, and not on line?
