1) Don't know much about this stuff but would suggest we have a 'scheduled'
day or days and time(s) for chat meetings so that everyone who wishes could
participate and not feel that something happened or was discussed without
their knowledge.

2)I think that is a good idea but think we might want to allow 'interested'
parties to also join. For example, people considering becoming cc's might
want to learn this way.......

3)Yes, time permitting....
