I am looking for descendents of WYLIE'S and SCOTT'S in Gordon Co., GA.
I will travelling to Gordon Co. in March and would like to get as much
info in the short time I am there.
If anyone is or knows of people in this area who could help me, I would
appreciate it.

I am descended from Jackson WYLIE b. abt 1824 in Chester Co., SC d. Civil War
married Mourning FERGUSON b. 7 Aug 1823 in Chester Co., SC to William Y.
Ferguson
and Anna ROBERSON. She died 7 Aug 1906 in Calhoun, Gordon, GA and is
buried in the
Curtis Cemetary. Prior to her death, she lived with her daughter,
Catherine Wylie
CAMPBELL who was married to John L. CAMPBELL. This is what I have on the
CAMPBELL'S:

John L. CAMPBELL b. 23 Dec 1847 in GA d. 18 Jul 1904 in Calhoun, GA (mother
Margaret)
Catherine Wylie Campbell b. 29 Nov 1846 Chester Co., GA d. 6 Nov 1918 in
Calhoun, GA
(They are buried in the Blackwood Springs Baptist Cemetary)

Mourning J. Campbell b. 1872 Calhoun, Gordon, GA
Dusa A. Campbell b. Jul 1874 Calhoun, Gordon, GA married SMITH abt 1898
Mary A. Campbell b. Oct 1877 Calhoun, Gordon, GA

Does anyone know where the Blackwood Springs Baptist Cemetary is located
and is the church
still there that I could get records from?

Anyone that could get me in contact with descendents (soon), I would
greatly appreciate it.
I would especially like pictures and bibles to copy while I am there.
