I'm now aware of children other than Franklin/Francis and
Tarpley. Tarpley is the only child mentioned in Martha
Sarah Hines Holt Ward's will, if I'm remembering correctly.
Franklin/Francis was killed in the War Between the States.
I'm very interested in Rowan's father, Francis Ward, b. 1765
if you have any knowledge of him or know of a grandchild of Tarpley. They may have some information about the family.
I would appreciate you sharing information with me. You are the first relative I've found. Keep in touch and if you have other questions, contact me by email and I'll be glad to share information with you.
