While surfing the net I ran accross your old posting and thought I would see if you are still out there.Could this William Foster you are researching be William Madison Foster b. 14Nov1876, Butts Co., GA. He was called Caesar Foster for some reason and was brother to my GGrandfather Edgar Junior Foster. They lived in the Heard/Carroll County Georgia area for a time when my Grandmother was born. Caesar married Mattie Elizabeth Bonner and eventually moved to Lawrence Co., Tennessee and raised a large family there. I have some information and even some pictures I would be willing to share.
