Hi all,

Harold Gallagher, 83, recently posted a message to the PALuzern-L list
that details his memories of growing up in Wilkes-Barre, PA in the
1920's-30's. I'm not a subscriber to PALuzern-L but received his
message through PML (personalized mailing list) at RootsWeb.

I enjoyed reading his memories so much that I asked Harold if I could
post his message to the Gallagher Biographies GenConnect board. With
his permission I've posted it just now. For those not using PML,
