I think this is an absolutely terrific idea.

Let me know what I can do to help, and when you are ready, I will
make a prominent link from our Clann O'Gallchobhair website.

I know how overwhelming this can be. I've been struggling for
several years to get beyond the site I originally put up and
expand it. The time I have nowadays seems to be taken up
answering e-mails from all over the world. I enjoy it
tremendously, but it distracts me from growing the clann site.

I will write you more off-line, Susan.

BTW, for everyone here, I am moving the Clann O'Gallchobhair
(Gallagher) site to our own domain at:

http://OGallchobhair.org though you can still access it at the
old URL.

If you can't spell that, not to worry ... just type in

http://OGallagher.org. Adding the "www" works fine, too. So does
http://go.to/OGallagher

Sorry, I don't own the domain name "GALLAGHER.com/net/org."

I am in the process of building a GALLAGHER webring, and you will
see the banner on the front page. Unfortunately, I haven't been
able to work out the bugs, yet, but those who wish to join can
write me or the list and I'll add you when I get it working
properly.

We are also beta testing a web mail server for anyone who wants a
free web mail address of "" or
OGallchobhair.org. You could use that web mail addy for all your
genealogical correspondence, for instance, and keep it separate
from your other correspondence. POP3 mail is also a possibility,
but I can't find it for less than 12 bucks a year.
